Personal data is treated by us DSGVO compliant and stored only on servers in Europe. Information is in principle anonymized and only used externally with explicit consent. Upon request, the data will also be deleted immediately.

After the end of the active cooperation with companies or candidates, we use data points for the training of our AI system exclusively in anonymized form, in order to learn and to be able to deliver constantly better quality. If this is not desired, these data sets will of course be deleted immediately as well.
